Public has right to same-day access upon request at office; organizations may satisfy obligation by placing information on the Internet
Full disclosure of information is critical if charities are to maintain the public support necessary to continue their programs. There should be no hesitation to disclose the information required by law, including officers’ salaries. Failure to do so harms all charities.
