Courts dismiss complaint for failure to hire
As a plaintiff, you have to be concerned when the first sentence of the court’s opinion says you filed a complaint for discrimination stemming from a nonprofit’s failure to hire you to a position for which you do not recall applying. It is an abrupt start to a case that is a little more complicated when all the facts are explained. A woman suffered traumatic brain injury in an automobile accident in 2000.
