An attorney who signed an agreement to indemnify the Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago from claims related to a settlement of sex abuse cases should be disqualified from representing the claimants and others in suing the Archdiocese for additional damages, a federal magistrate judge in Chicago has ruled.
