Nonprofit Issues® Editor Don Kramer and Tax Editor Virginia Sikes will participate in a Pennsylvania Bar Institute program on “Nonprofits and the Political Process” on Wednesday, January 18.
The program will cover issues for Section 501(c)(3) charities, 501(c)(4) civic associations and advocacy groups, 501(c)(5) unions, 501(c)(6) trade associations, and 527 PACs, including federal, state, and Philadelphia lobbying registration requirements.
